I'm a Registered Counsellor with a Master of Counselling, BA Psychology, and Postgraduate Diploma in Health Science.

At 23, I had a gastric sleeve. And still binge ate after. So if you've ever thought "I've tried everything and nothing works," I genuinely get it more than most. That experience taught me that lasting peace with food has nothing to do with what you eat, and everything to do with healing your relationship with food, eating, and your body. That's exactly what my Food Freedom Method is built on.

I've been binge-free since 2019. Not through willpower or another diet. Through understanding what was actually driving the behaviour in my body and brain. Now I've helped 400+ women around the world do the same, without counting a single calorie.
