Diet culture is.
It's time to break up with it. For good.
You've read the books. Done the therapy. Tried every diet, clean-eating phase, and mindset hack out there. And food is still the loudest voice in your head. That's not a willpower problem. It's a wrong-approach problem.
Two ways to join. Scroll down to find your fit.
Every diet, plan, and mindset hack has obsessed over WHAT you eat. Real, lasting freedom happens when you heal WHY you eat. There are three root causes driving your cycle. None of them are lack of discipline.
Undereating, irregular eating, skipping meals, and dieting leave your body biologically deprived. It fights back. The binge or over-eating isn't weakness or a character flaw. It's your body gasping for air after too much control.
Food rules, guilt, shame, and the "I've already ruined it" mentality keep the cycle spinning even when you're eating enough. Your binge foods are on a pedestal in your brain making them irresistible when life gets hard. And it's keeping you stuck.
Using food to cope with stress, overwhelm, loneliness, or numbness doesn't mean you're not trying hard enough to "be good". Your nervous system found a strategy to cope with life's curve balls. I'll give you better tools to stay grounded and regulated.
Built from ten years of clinical practice and my own recovery from Binge Eating Disorder and Body Dysmorphia
The only framework that targets all three root causes at once: physical, mental, and emotional
When you heal all three, the cycle stops. Not by trying harder. By removing the conditions that created itYou were never out of control. You were just missing the right tools. Let me hand them to you.
Created by a therapist who lived this.
The Break Up is a powerful blend of psychology, health science, somatic healing, nervous system tools, and intuitive eating practices, all in one place. 90 days to binge-free, and a foundation for food freedom that lasts.
Here's exactly what you get inside
My Food Freedom Method. 8 modules built in the exact order your healing needs to happen.
Nothing skipped, nothing rushed.
You'll finally understand why you keep ending up here. It's not weakness. We break the cycle at the root and lay the foundation so everything that follows actually sticks.
So you stop starting over and start moving forward.
Cravings aren't a character flaw. They're communication. You'll learn exactly what yours are telling you, so food stops feeling like the enemy and starts making sense.
So you can respond to your body instead of fighting it.
Physical restriction is fuelling the binge, even if you don't realise it. This module rebuilds your relationship with eating from the ground up, so your body stops panicking and starts trusting you.
So food feels safe again.
This is where we go beneath the surface. You'll identify the emotional triggers that send you to food, and finally meet those needs in ways that actually work.
So you stop numbing and start feeling, without falling apart.
The food rules, the guilt, the all-or-nothing thinking. It's all wired in. This module uses nervous system tools and belief rewriting to loosen the grip of the patterns keeping you stuck.
So the urge loses its power over you.
Imagine eating something you love without the running commentary in your head. This module teaches you to actually taste, enjoy, and feel satisfied, without guilt hijacking every meal.
So eating becomes a pleasure, not a battleground.
Movement that comes from punishment is just another form of restriction. You'll rebuild a relationship with your body and exercise rooted in joy and respect. Not burning off what you ate.
So you can live in your body without being at war with it.
This isn't a program you finish and forget. The final module builds the self-care habits, boundaries, and resilience to keep you free, even when life gets hard again.
So this time, it actually lasts.

Absolutely, and you wouldn't be alone. Most women who come to The Break Up have weight loss somewhere in their mind. That's not a problem and it doesn't disqualify you at all.
Here's what I ask though: that you put that goal on the back burner while you're working through the programme. Not forever, just for now.
Here's why. The way most of us have pursued weight loss in the past is through restriction. And restriction is one of the primary drivers of binge eating. So if we're trying to heal the binge-restrict cycle while simultaneously trying to eat less, we're working directly against ourselves.
What I've seen happen consistently is this: stop the binges first, learn to eat intuitively, and your body naturally finds a more settled place, without the constant monitoring, the diet rules, or the cycle of losing and regaining. If there's excess weight your body doesn't need, it does tend to shift over time. And because you're not on a diet, it actually stays off.
It's not the quick fix diet culture has sold you. But it's the last thing you'll ever have to do. No more starting over every Monday. No more earning your food. No more living in a body you're at war with.
The weight loss goal can wait. Your peace of mind doesn't have to.
